- En tant que Finance Business Partner, vous garantissez le respect des directives et des normes supérieures en matière de finances et contribuez ainsi de manière essentielle à la performance de l'activité et à la création d'une valeur ajoutée durable pour les CFF.
- Vous endossez le rôle d'interlocuteur-trice vis-à-vis des parties prenantes pour les questions financières liées à l'unité organisationnelle concernée.
- Vous gérez le cycle de gestion de la performance (stratégie, objectif, planification, mesures, gestion des risques, y compris recommandations d'action) et assumez la coresponsabilité du résultat de l'unité.
- Vous êtes également chargé-e d'élaborer des plans financiers cohérents et solides (Latest Estimate, budget, plan d'entreprise à moyen terme).

- Fort-e de vos connaissances professionnelles et de votre assurance, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le cadre du conseil en matière de questions financières et assumez la responsabilité de décisions relevant de l'économie d'entreprise. Personnalité résolument tournée vers la recherche de solutions et la mise en œuvre, vous faites également preuve de flexibilité et de résistance au stress.
- Vision stratégique, compétences conceptuelles et capacités d'analyse marquées complètent votre profil. Vous savez en outre résumer simplement des sujets complexes, les présenter de manière convaincante et obtenir l'adhésion des équipes de direction vis-à-vis de vos recommandations.
- Vous avez achevé avec succès des études supérieures en économie d'entreprise avec une spécialisation en finances et controlling ou une formation continue équivalente, p. ex. brevet fédéral en finance et controlling, et pouvez justifier d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins trois ans.
- Vous communiquez avec aisance en allemand, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Des connaissances dans les autres langues nationales constituent un atout.
