Piguet Galland est une banque privée, active depuis plus de 160 ans et indéniablement tournée vers l'avenir grâce à son positionnement. Nommée par le magazine International Banker en 2023 pour la troisième fois consécutive « Meilleure Banque privée suisse », Piguet Galland est présente à Genève, Nyon, Lausanne, Yverdon-les Bains, Neuchâtel et la Chaux-de-Fonds, et réunit actuellement 175 collaborateurs. Son actionnaire principal, la Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, 5e banque de Suisse et 2e au rang des banques cantonales, est un véritable gage de stabilité financière.

Rôle

Vous serez responsable de la gestion du contenu marketing de la banque : superviser la planification, l'organisation, la création et la publication de contenus dans le but d'atteindre le public cible de Piguet Galland.

  • Gestion de la production de contenu en se portant garant de la qualité, de la créativité et du respect du planning
  • Auditer le contenu déjà existant
  • Analyser la concurrence
  • Planifier et élaborer une stratégie de contenu
  • Créer différents contenus pour les différents usages et supports (événements corporate et locaux, relations avec les médias et communiqués de presse, vidéos, photos, site web, guides pratiques, livres blancs, brochures, etc.)
  • Respecter l'identité de marque
  • Organiser les publications
  • Publier et promouvoir – maintien et mise à jour du site internet de la Banque
  • Améliorer le SEO du site
  • Suivre les performances et créer des rapports périodiques afin de les comparer aux KPIs définis par son équipe
  • Gérer et publier des campagnes organiques et communications multi-canaux
  • Développer des communautés sur les réseaux sociaux et gestion la e-réputation de la marque
  • Relation presse et médias en partenariat avec une agence
  • Gérer et respecter le budget alloué

Profil

  • Diplôme universitaire ou d'études supérieures spécialisées en Marketing Digital
  • Au bénéfice d'une expérience similaire au sein d'un environnement bancaire/financier (un atout)
  • Maîtrise des outils Figma, MS Office, SEMRush, Google Search Console et Google Analytics
  • Excellente maîtrise des réseaux sociaux
  • Très bonnes connaissances SEO
  • Personne possédant un esprit de synthèse et capable de travailler de manière autonome et organisée
  • Excellent sens-relationnel, esprit d'équipe et qui possède une très bonne expression orale et écrite
  • Dynamique, proactif, curieux-e, sens du service, très bonne gestion du stress et des priorités
