Missions essentielles:
Missions essentielles:
Ø Saisie et mise à jour des informations clients, référent Divalto + sharepoint

Ø Organisation des salons (inscriptions, goodies, matériels, flyers, lettres infos, posters ) Réservation hôtels + transport.

Ø Gestion des devis et envoi des contrats clients

Ø Accueil physique et téléphonique des clients et visiteurs

Ø Secrétariat (Saisies, Classement, Courrier)

Votre profil:

- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome
- Si possible familier avec les BPFs
- bilingue anglais ou excellent anglais professionnel.
- Vous êtes ouvert(e), organisé(e) et vous savez gérer des projets.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'équipe, votre disponibilité et votre motivation.
- Diplômes souhaités : Bac +2
