The positions we offer are best suited to recent graduates of a course of study, preferably at master's level, and with at least one previous professional experience.

Conditions and benefits of the Early Careers Programme- Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months with the World Economic Forum Geneva office- We will accommodate start dates between September 1st to October 15th 2023- Monthly gross compensation of CHF 4'400.

Role #1
Global Communications Group, Communication Strategy and Coordination, Data Specialist
Reason for hiring:
- Coordinate the refinement of repositories of media assets (blogs, videos, reports and more) leveraging existing databases and APIs
- Support the setup of insighttracking tools with a focus on backtagging communication assets, and drafting documentation for best practice approaches to tool use
- Support the setup of analytic dashboards by managing the connection of exports from different tools into the dashboard and actively participating in setting a direction for creating automated data pipelines going forward.
Preferred qualification and experience:
- Any advanced specialization in Data Analytics either as part of a Computer Sciences degree track, Data track, Business and Management degree track or Marketing and Advertising Degree track
- Preference for courses taken in Big Data Analytics, Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics specialization. Additional certificates that demonstrate those skills are preferred.
Desired skills:
- Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills matched with attention to detail.
- Data and analytical skills (numeric and text data, database management)., preference for existing understanding of Google Analytics, and Social media tracking tools

Reason for hiring:
As part of its Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) work, the Schwab Foundation has recently developed an indicator framework that it's meant to guide its work across all workstreams.
The next step within the IMM plan is to implement the impact framework during 2023 aiming to use this first year to learn and refine, with a full roll-out by the first quarter of 2024.
The Schwab Foundation is therefore seeking a recent graduate to assist in the implementation of its IMM framework.The role will require working closely with the Schwab Foundation team to ensure alignment and efficient progress of the proposed plan.
