Vos compétences requises en tant de Associate Creative Director:
Créativité : En tant que directeur créatif associé, vous utiliserez votre créativité pour développer des campagnes et des stratégies créatives pour les clients de l'agence. Vous utiliserez votre créativité pour développer des idées de campagnes, développer de nouvelles façons d'engager les consommateurs, et créer de nouvelles stratégies pour les clients de l'agence. Votre créativité devra être une source d'inspiration pour toute l'agence.

Communication : En tant que directeur créatif associé, vous serez amené à communiquer avec les clients, les autres membres de l'équipe de création et les autres départements. De solides compétences en communication vous aideront à transmettre vos idées et vos messages de manière claire et concise.

Leadership: En tant que directeur créatif associé, vous serez chargé de manager les équipes (de junior à senior) et les freelances de manière efficace et efficiente afin de garantir que leur travail réponde aux exigences de l'agence. Cela peut inclure la délégation de tâches, le feedback et le soutien aux équipes. Vous collaborerez avec les responsables de Business Unit, les directeurs de comptes et le chef de projet pour identifier les questions et les informations pertinentes sur les projets nécessaires à la bonne exécution des missions. Votre travail sera supervisé par votre Chief Creative Officer.

Organisation: Vous gérerez plusieurs projets à la fois, et vous devrez donc être capable de hiérarchiser les tâches et de respecter les délais.

Collaboration: Vous serez capable de résoudre les problèmes qui se présentent et travaillerez avec l'équipe pour trouver les meilleures solutions. En tant que directeur créatif associé, vous serez en contact avec les différentes unités commerciales de l'agence (expérience client, sports et médias) pour exploiter les meilleures opportunités.

Vos responsabilités en tant qu'Associate Creative Director:

- Soutenir le Chief Creative Officer en élaborant des concepts pertinents, des stratégies créatives et présentations clients.
- Développer des concepts forts basés une stratégie créative impactante.
- Gérer et superviser plusieurs projets et équipes (de junior à senior).
- S'assurer que les ressources sont allouées en fonction des besoins du projet.
- Diriger, participer à la conception et la production du matériel créatif. (client existant et pitchs).
- Assurer la cohérence de l'identité de la marque de nos clients et du message sur tous les canaux.
- Respecter les objectifs, les valeurs, les budgets et les délais des clients.
- Diriger et participer à des séances de brainstorming.
- Diriger et participer à des pitchs
- Effectuer des présentations clients.
- Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances, stratégies et technologies.
- Évaluer les performances de l'équipe créative et orienter les améliorations.
- Adhérer à la philosophie d'Havas : Make a meaningful difference.

Vos prérequis en tant qu'Associate Creative Director:

- Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en agence.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de développement de stratégies et concepts. Fort esprit créatif.
- Forte culture publicitaire
- Solide connaissance des processus de développement créatif, de la communication, du marketing et du branding.
- Français - Anglais obligatoire (l'allemand est un plus)
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de relations interpersonnelles et de présentation.
- Expérience dans la direction et de la gestion d'équipes créatives. (Junior à Senior)
