Deine Aufgaben
- Du leitest, verwaltest und verantwortest die erfolgreiche Implementierung von Adobe Workfront bei unseren Kunde*innen in verschiedenen Branchen; angefangen bei dem Kickoff, dem Sammeln von Anforderungen, dem Design bis hin zur Implementierung der Lösung
- Du leitest und führst andere Berater in Projekten an
- Du berätst Kund*innen bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung komplexer Geschäftsabläufe und lieferst ihnen die nötigen Kennzahlen, um diese zu verfolgen
- Du erstellst gemeinsam mit dem Kunden eine Roadmap, um den Weg zu Wachstum und Ausbau des Adobe Workfront-Systems zu finden
- Du berätst Kund*innen in den Bereichen Change Management, Anwenderakzeptanz, System Governance, Systemwartung und -bereinigung
- Du führst erfolgreich Discoveries mit Kund*innen durch, um die Projektziele zu erreichen
- Du unterstützt den Adobe Workfront Lead aktiv bei der Ausarbeitung von relevanten Kundenvorschlägen, um den Vertrieb zu stärken

Deine Fähigkeiten
- Du hast nachweislich Erfahrung mit Adobe Workfront - einschließlich relevanter Zertifizierungen - und verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Workfront.
- Du kannst nachweisliche und nachhaltige Erfolge in einer Vertriebs
- und Lieferfunktion in der Technologie-, Agentur
- oder Beratungsbranche vorweisen
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Kunden für das Potenzial und den Wert von Workfront zu begeistern und zu inspirieren
- Du bist in der Lage, schnell zu arbeiten und gegebenenfalls erfahrungsbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Du hast das zwischenmenschliche Feingefühl, um in einem komplexen, gemischten, internationalen und vielfältigen Umfeld erfolgreich zu sein
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, starke Kundenbeziehungen zu entwickeln
- Du hast ein Verständnis für agile digitale Liefermethoden und Werkzeuge - z.B. Scrum, Kanban, DevOps
- Du sprichst Englisch auf Stufe C2
- Von Vorteil wäre eine Change-Management-Zertifizierung
