Job DescriptionRole Overview:

Join a motivated team aimed at carrying out all production operations with a high level of quality and expertise. Ensure compliance with EHS standards and good manufacturing practices to guarantee patient well-being.

Your Contributions:
  • Manage preparation operations, cleaning, and sterilization of equipment.
  • Set up work areas for production operations in line with GMP.
  • Sample collection for process control.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Address and investigate operational issues.
  • Collaborate with various partners (QA, process engineers, maintenance, automation, etc.).
Your Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/chemical production.
  • Degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with cGMP.
  • Knowledge of working in controlled environments.
  • Experience with automation systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in French.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Methodical and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
