Senior Manufacturing Technician

Job Description:
- Main goal: carry out activities related to the manufacturing process of an active pharmaceutical substance.
- Responsible for:
- Complying with cGMP, BDP, and EHS standards
- Executing routine and non-routine process activities
- Reporting technical and/or organizational issues
- Sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Suggesting continuous improvement ideas
- Maintaining production areas
How you will contribute:
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, BDP, and EHS standards
- Monitoring training
- Ensuring proper execution of work
- Reporting encountered problems
- Being 100% autonomous in work activities
- Engaging in continuous improvement
Your contribution to Takeda:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (biotechnology, chemistry, biology, biochemistry) or equivalent
- Good knowledge in cell culture, protein purification, and process support activities
- Ideally certified as a chemical and pharmaceutical production technologist or equivalent
- Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Knowledge of working in a controlled atmosphere environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French (minimum B2 level)
- 3 years minimum experience in the role
- Strong communication skills
- Methodical and meticulous in work
- Availability, flexibility, and organizational skills
- Team spirit, proactivity, and coaching abilities
- Providing clear issue reports and relevant solutions
- Interaction with various departments
- Working in shift schedules
