As an
Product Development Technician (m/w/d) you are part of the
Regional Innovation Team and support the development of key strategic initiatives as defined by the EAME Savoury Business Unit.

You will be part of a growth-minded, insights-based rebellious team which is already curious to meet you.

This position is located in Kemptthal.

You will:

  • Produce in the laboratory final products for bigger events maintaining food safety requirements always in mind
  • Maintain all required formula records and brief documentation in company database software (Lab Notebook, OpenText Athena, Atlas, Lot Number records, etc.)
  • Maintain organized and updated stock of raw materials in the lab
  • Participate in the evaluation of raw materials (including experimental ingredients), new technology, and flavours in food products and provide flavour performance feedback
  • Ability to assist in documenting findings and creating reports

You have:

- +2 years of practical experience in either a
Product Development environment, analytical or research laboratory or a professional kitchen

  • Handson work style, team player and proactive
  • Proficient computer skill in Windows based programs with emphasis on Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Genuine curiosity about food technology, culinary trends and innovation
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve ways of working and products
  • Proficient English skills (spoken and written) fluent German skills
