Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Contract und Claim Manager (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

Überwachung, Steuerung und Dokumentation der vertragskonformen Projektabwicklung für schiffbauliche Projekte Betreuung von Kunden und Lieferanten sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zur Konstruktion, Fertigung und zum Einkauf Überwachung des Budgets und Termineinhaltung der Projekte Erstellung und Prüfung von Aufträgen, Rechnungen, Lieferscheinen und Bestellungen Koordination und fristgerechte Erstellung sowie Nachverfolgung von Claims Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Claim-Management-Strategie sowie die dazugehörigen Prozesse Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Claim-Verhandlungen Erfolgreiche Durchsetzung von berechtigten Mehrforderungen gegenüber Vertragspartnern sowie Dokumentation von Nachforderungen

Ihr Profil:
