Pour notre site de Mex, nous sommes à la recherche d'un HRBP qui sera en charge d'accompagner les fonctions Opérations, notamment. Il s'agit d'un contrat à durée indéterminée en replacement d'une personne ayant été promue à l'interne.

**Votre mission**

En tant que Human Resources Business Partner, vous êtes rattaché à la Head of HR de la Business Unit, vous participez activement au développement et à la mise en place de la stratégie Ressources Humaines en étant un partenaire privilégié des fonctions Operations.

**Les responsabilités du HRBP**
- Développer un partenariat stratégique avec les équipes Operations.
- Collaborer avec les différentes fonctions RH dans la gestion des domaines de compétences RH (planification du personnel, recrutement, intégration, développement, rémunération, gestion de la performance et des conflits, réorganisation,...)
- Accompagner et gérer le changement
- Représenter l'entreprise dans ses efforts de développement de sa marque employeur
- Participer activement au déploiement de nouveaux processus et outils RH
- Etre force de proposition et d'amélioration

**Expérience**
- Minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire
- Expérience du monde industriel et des organisations matricielles
- Solide expérience en recrutement
- Gestion d'équipe

**Votre Profil**
- Titulaire d'une formation/certification dans les Ressources Humaines
- Autonome, avec un sens développé du travail en équipe
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft, SAP)
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais d'un niveau courant (lu, écrit, parlé)
- Dynamique et à l'aise avec les outils digitaux
- Vous êtes de nature fédératrice et avez le sens de la communication

Le site offre un cadre de travail idyllique. En campagne et proche des grands axes routiers, il est également desservi par les transports publics. Récemment rénovées, ses installations représentent un modèle pour le développement durable.
