Your challenge*:

  • Management of the Cash Desk in Geneva
  • Preparation of the budget and continuous cost control for the Cash Desk Geneva
  • Error handling, clarifications, followup / setting of remarks made in the audit reports
  • Employee development and promotion; ensure / implement qualification measures (BSC); promote teamwork and empowerment
  • Training and instruction of employees in accordance with internal directives and rules (e.g. CDB, AML)
  • Leading continuous process optimization to increase quality and efficiency within the cash desks in Switzerland
  • Taking charge in activities from other competence centers when necessary
  • Daily tasks and projects for the department Branches and Logistics Switzerland (Cash Desk & Special Tasks)

Your profile*:

  • Fluent in French and German, English a plus
  • 45 years work experience in banking industry
  • Open to digital innovations
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Versatile and adaptable person
  • Good IT user
  • Affinity for technical issues
