- Traitement et validation des opérations de trésorerie : Forex, produits dérivés, placements fiduciaires et dépôts interbancaires ;
- Traitement et validation des opérations cash : Transferts internes et externes, paiements et gestion de la caisse pour la clientèle ;
- Réconciliations des positions titres et cash. Investigations et suivi des suspens ;
- Gestion du fichier valeurs : Ouvertures et autres événements sur valeurs ;
- Gestion opérationnelle et suivi des relations bancaires et autres contreparties ;
- Gestion des taxes opérationnelles : Contrôle et reporting des droits de timbre, taxes de bourses, coupons, dividendes et autres taxes sur les transactions financières ;
**Votre profil**
- Titulaire d'une formation bancaire ou équivalent
- Minimum de 10 années d'expérience confirmée dans un back-office (connaissance du système APSYS un atout)
- Maîtrise des messages Swift et processus opérationnels
- Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques et aptitude à analyser des données
- Méthodique, flexible et sachant faire preuve d'initiative
- Capacité démontrée à former et gérer une équipe. Vous savez par ailleurs vous adapter et possédez une aisance relationnelle certaine.
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans une petite structure et faites preuve de polyvalence
- Maîtrise du français et anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit
**Main responsibilities**
- Processing and validation of securities transactions: stock exchanges, OTC, funds, bonds, structured products, transfers and deliveries of securities and securities transactions.
- Processing and validation of treasury transactions: Forex, derivatives, fiduciary investments and interbank deposits.
- Processing and validation of cash transactions: internal and external transfers, payments and cash management for customers.
- Reconciliations of securities and cash positions. Investigations and follow-up of suspense.
- Securities file management: Openings and other securities events.
- Operational management and monitoring of banking relationships and other counterparties.
- Management of operational taxes: Control and reporting of stamp duties, stock exchange taxes, coupons, dividends and other taxes on financial transactions.
**Your profile**
- Holder of banking or equivalent diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a back office (knowledge of the APSYS system an asset)
- Expertise in Swift messages and operational processes
- Excellent command of computer tools and ability to analyze data.
- Methodical, flexible and able to show initiative.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team. You also know how to adapt and have a good interpersonal skill.
- You enjoy working in a small company and are multitask.
- Fluent French and English
