Dans le cadre de notre accroissement durable d'activité, nous recherchons un(e) consultant(e) junior pour rejoindre l'aventure. Le format proposé un stage rémunéré de 9 mois en vue d'embauche définitive à l'issue, en cas de satisfaction mutuelle, ou un engagement directement en CDI selon profil et expérience préalable. Le poste est basé à Genève ou Lausanne.

Vos responsibilités:
- La préparation du cycle fiscal des clients privés ou des employés autorisées à recevoir le support de RSM par les sociétés clientes (de la collecte des données à la revue de la taxation finale) ;
- La préparation de différents types de travaux exigeant l'appétence pour les chiffres (estimations fiscales, simulation coûts globaux employeurs ou net employés, package de rémunération, etc.) ;
- La préparation de conseils et analyses mobilisant les compétences analytiques et rédactionnelles pour délivrer des conseils opérationnels sur tous les aspects inhérents à la discipline en matière de fiscalité, sécurité sociale et RH quant aux situations variées de mobilités des employés de nos clients (expatriés, transfert locaux, business travellers, commuters etc.) ;
- Assurer un contact direct et régulier avec les clients et les différentes autorités fiscales ou de sécurité sociale, en agissant dans le meilleur intérêt de tous et comme ambassadeur de RSM en toutes circonstances ;
- Conforter son expérience dans un contexte international, avec des interactions régulières avec le réseau RSM à l'international ;
- Vous serez également amenée à contribuer aux projets transverses du département Tax (Corporate Tax & Private Client Services) ou d'autres départements, ainsi qu'à apporter votre contribution sur de la veille règlementaire (juridique, fiscale, pratique etc.) ;
- Vous pourrez être sollicitée pour rédiger des articles, contenu média ou présentation pour les formations internes ou les clients, sur les différents sujets inhérents à la pratique GES.
- Vous travaillerez dans un cadre de formation continue et la supervision d'un(e) collègue plus expérimenté(e) de manière adaptée à votre apprentissage et votre progression.
Votre profil :
- Formation juridique & fiscale suisse ou équivalent, une appétence pour les métiers du chiffre et une aptitude rédactionnelle certaine ;
- L'appétence pour le contact humain et le travail en équipe, tout en assurant une autonomie dans la conduite des tâches confiées ;
- La capacité à exécuter des tâches dans un délai donné et pour un temps imparti dans un cadre de formation continue et de support des encadrants ;
- Une aptitude au raisonnement logique et à l'analyse synthétique ;
- La curiosité, l'enthousiasme et l'empathie sont des prérequis déterminants ;
- A l'aise et agile avec les outils digitaux usuels :
- Maitrise parfaite du français, et un niveau parlé et écrit en anglais compatible avec des interactions avec des clients non-francophones. L'allemand est un plus.
