Der B2B-Bereich betreut unabhängige Vermögensverwalter, fungiert in dieser Funktion als Depotbank und stellt den Finanzintermediären ein eigenes Tool zur Betreuung ihrer Kunden und Abwicklung von Börsenaufträgen zur Verfügung.

Zu Ihrer Stelle und Ihren zukünftigen Hauptaufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Relationship Manager bei allen administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen sowie die interne Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen (Back Office etc.)
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung der Service Levels sowie die Durchführung entsprechender Qualitätskontrollen
  • Mutation von Kundendaten und Kontoeinstellungen
  • Erfassung neuer Kontoeröffnungsanträge sowie Einforderung fehlender Dokumenten und deren fortlaufende Überwachung
  • Abwicklung der Kundenzahlungen sowie Verarbeitung der Honorarbelastungen unserer Vermögensverwalter
  • Bearbeitung von Kontosaldierungen und Widerrufen von Verwaltungsvollmachten
  • Versand allgemeiner Materialbestellungen unserer Kunden
  • Sie interessieren sich für das globale Finanz-Geschehen und fühlen sich im Börsenumfeld wohl.
  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Bankausbildung absolviert und haben vorzugsweise schon 2 – 3 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung im administrativen Umfeld sammeln können.
  • Sie beherrschen nebst der deutschen Sprache auch Englisch in Wort und Schrift und können mühelos selbständig Korrespondenz führen. Weitere Fremdsprachen insbesondere Französisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und zeichnen sich durch Ihr Verantwortungsbewusstsein, proaktives Handeln, einer organisierten Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität aus.
