The Assistant supports the Team and the Relationship Managers (RM) with all Intermediaries and end-client requests on trading and operational aspects with the objective to ensure seamless operations with fast and accurate response to Intermediaries.

Responsibilities include orders placement, handling of client requests, payments execution and placement of loans and deposits.

The RM relies on the Assistant to promote and service the e-channels dedicated to the Intermediaries and to process the related requests and enquiries.


The Assistant is involved in the on-going information exchange with RM and the enlarged team the course of business with the clients.


YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Support of the RM and team on clients' requests
  • Orders placement (outside echannels) and handling of clients' requests on order execution
  • Promotion and servicing of dedicated Intermediaries echannels
  • Trouble shooting and close bankinternal crossteams/divisions collaboration

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Relevant educational (bank apprenticeship or equivalent) and professional background in the financial industry or within an EAM
  • 3+ years of work experience as Assistant Relationship Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills and good capacity to cope with stress
  • Proactive, friendly and customer oriented attitude
  • Team player with refined communication skills
  • Fluency in English (oral and writing)
  • Very good MS Office skills
