**Dein Arbeitsumfeld**
Als Assistant Relationship Manager bist du Teil des Kundenberatung und Client Services Team und unterstützt den Teamleiter bei allen administrativen Tätigkeiten. Du bist der telefonische Erstkontakt für potentielle Investoren, verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung und Segmentierung der Neukundenanmeldungen und pflegst die Kundendaten fachgerecht in unser internes CRM System ein (SalesForce).Wir suchen Kandidaten, die einen Einstieg ins Relationship Management suchen und durchstarten möchten
**Deine Rolle**:

- Administrative Unterstützung des Teamleiters Verkauf und Kundenberatung
- Telefonischer Erstkontakt mit Interessenten
- Bearbeitung und Segmentierung von Neukunden
- Follow-up bei Aktivitäten im Verkaufs
- und Transaktionsprozess
- Einpflegen und Verwalten der Kundendaten und Kunden Suchprofile
- Interne Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen (Transaction Management, Asset Management, Back-Office, etc.)

**Deine Fähigkeiten**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (KV) im Bereich Banking, Immobilien oder Dienstleistungsbranche
- Muttersprache Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Stilsichere Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
- Wir suchen "Macher" die gerne anpacken
- Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt
- Exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise setzen wir Voraus
- Vertrauenswürdig, diskret und loyal
- Analytisches und vernetztes Denken
