  • This is a position for recent graduates who possess 12 years of industrial experience in both upstream and downstream and have practical experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Experience with continuous manufacturing processes, singleuse facilities, preparation of GMPcompliant standard operating procedures and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferred_

Your responsibilites

  • Following company policies and working according the internal and external safety, health, and environment guidelines
  • Training, selfimprovement, and professional education with training, seminars presentations and conferences as required
  • Knowledge and compliance to the GMP rules in the area of responsibility
  • Preparation and execution of Batch and Continuous Fermentation and Harvest processes according to Batch Sheet or supervisor instruction. Creation and updating of GMPcompliant documentation.
  • Performing inprocess analytics independently according to guidelines
  • Improvement of automated methods in collaboration with the automation group
  • Performing various administrative tasks related to GMP manufacturing
  • Performing calibration and maintenance work of systems and devices in context of Batch and Continuous Manufacturing
  • Willingness to perform regular weekend work and oncall services for Biotech Operations

Your Competencies:

  • Recent bachelor's or master's graduate in area related to biologics manufacturing or bioprocess engineering
  • 12 years of experience in GMP manufacturing (both upstream and downstream, or continuous) is required
  • Wellorganized, structured and independent way of working
  • Commitment, motivation and willingness to perform in a regulated environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning systems
  • Strong written and verbal English skills required, German preferred
