für den Bereich Armaturen & Accessoires.
Diese Funktion umfasst folgende Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
- verkaufsaktive, ganzheitliche Führung des Geschäftsbereichs
- Definition des strategischen Konzeptes und Produktportfolios für die Produktkategorien Bad
- und Küchenarmaturen sowie Accessoires
- Absatz
- und Portfolioanalysen / Management der Produktlebenszyklen
- Projektierung und Realisation von Produktoptimierungen und -innovationen
- Erstellen von Produktbriefings und Machbarkeitsstudien
- Festlegung von zielgruppenspezifischen Marketing-Strategien
- Erarbeitung und Kommunikation der notwendigen Produktinformationen und Schulungsunterlagen
- Aktive Unterstützung der Verkaufsorganisation bei der Marktbearbeitung
- Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption, Designfindung und -umsetzung
Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen:
- höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
- mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Produkt Manager von Gebrauchsgütern (vorzugsweise aus einem verwandten Bereich)
- ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
- sicheres Gespür für Design, Farben und Materialität
- überzeugende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
- Teamplayer und hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Europas und Asien (rund 20%)
