Accounting Support Banking

Swisslinx is collaborating with a top Swiss private bank in search of an Accounting Support professional to join the team in Zurich on a temporary basis until January 31, 2025, starting immediately.

In this position, you'll be working closely with the management accounting team, particularly focusing on tasks related to the monthly closing process.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the weekly and monthly close process for Asset- and Net New Money (AuM & NNM) reporting by collecting and processing data into the MIS database for consolidation
  • Conduct data quality checks and reconcile MIS figures
  • Prepare monthly standard reports, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and help with documentation and automation of loading processes
  • Support the Management Accounting team with various tasks

Your Qualifications:
* - Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the financial services sector

  • Strong proficiency in MS-Office tools, especially Excel, and familiarity with management accounting IT applications (experience with SAP is advantageous)
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a bonus
  • Strong analytical skills, service-oriented mindset, and proactive approach
  • Available to commence work promptly
