In our Marketing & Activation unit, 100 colleagues develop
marketing strategies and
communication concepts, create content and assets, and orchestrate all channels and touchpoints along the
entire customer journey.

We develop services that we offer in our three core markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
In each of the markets, a dedicated Market Lead is responsible for expanding our offering and enabling our growth in the respective market.
You are responsible for growing our services within our Romandy clients.Your challenges:
- You
expand our offering and
enable our growth in the
Romandy: - You lead customers as a
"Trusted Advisor" and take care of profitable customer relationships - Together with our sales team and the account managers of our existing clients, you
develop growth strategies and carry out
pitches and
acquisition activities: - To do this, you organize efficient
interdisciplinary project teams from all Merkle DACH locations - You establish a close network within Merkle and Dentsu, get to know our
Marketing & Activation services very well and develop a feel for the needs of our customers - You will report directly to the Marketing & Activation Director and become part of the leadership team of the practice.
Qualifications:
- Distinct consulting skills as well as high methodological and structuring competence
- Around 5 years of relevant professional experience and expertise in a consulting role in an agency environment e.g. in the areas of digital marketing, communication, strategy, social media, SEO, and loyalty programs
- Experience in creating presentations related to marketing automation, peoplebased marketing and lead generation
- Very good knowledge of French and English
