Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Risch-Rotkreuz.

Our client is focused on improving and prolonging the lives of many.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this position, you will be accountable for offering secretarial and administrative assistance.
  • Assist the project managers in preparing promotional material for marketing.
  • Guarantee the full execution of the SOP.
  • You will issue reports showing customer's satisfaction levels monthly and update the distributors database.
  • Assure the precise accomplishment of all reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level.
  • Expertise in marketing and networking would be ideal.
  • Knowledge in the market and customer.
  • Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German.
  • Capable of understanding Swiss accents in German.
