**Head of Banquet Operations 100% (m/w/i)**:

- direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste im Veranstaltungsbereich
- Erreichung vorgegebener Ziele und des Budgets durch Innovationen und Service
- Zusammenarbeit mit unserem F&B Management sowie dem Bankett Küchenchef
- Enger Austausch und Prozessoptimierung mit der Convention Sales Abteilung
- Überblick über Bestellungen und Kosten
- Korrekte Abrechnungen von Veranstaltungen
- Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen, um neue Talente für Ihr Team zu gewinnen
- Operative Verantwortung bei der Durchführung von Anlässen und Führen / Weiterentwicklung unseres Bankettteams
- Betreuung unseres anspruchsvollen nationalen und internationalen Gästeklientels
- Regelmässiges Training der LQA-Standards und Schulung der Serviceabläufe
- Erstellen und Kontrollieren von Dienstplänen mit Mirus 3.0, sowie Planung von Mitarbeitenden und Aushilfen
- Einhaltung vorgegebener Arbeitsprozesse und Betriebsabläufe, Anpassung und Umsetzung dieser Abläufe, sowie die Erstellung neuer Abläufe
- Sicherstellung der Qualitätskontrolle und der Hygienestandards
- Verantwortung in Bezug auf die monatliche Inventur
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Service Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie und/oder über einen Hotelfachschulabschluss. Sie greifen auf mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position zurück, in der Sie von Vorteil auch mit dem Kassenprogramm gearbeitet haben. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie fliessend, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil. Ihr freundliches und gewinnendes Auftreten wird durch eine selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise abgerundet. Sie sind aufmerksam, verkaufsorientiert, flexibel, belastbar und gewillt, bei einem Event auch mit anzupacken. Die «Extra Mile» ist für Sie Standard und schwankendes Businessaufkommen meistern sie mit Leichtigkeit. Sie behalten auch in Stresssituationen den Überblick und mit Ihrem Team erschaffen Sie unvergessliche Erlebnisse, auch für wiederkehrende Kunden/Gäste.
