Your responsibilities:

  • Handling HR administration tasks throughout employees' lifecycle, maintaining direct client contact (collaborating with the Technology & Operations team)
  • Assisting HR Business Partners and HR Advisors with daily operations
  • Managing onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers along with necessary updates of employment records
  • Overseeing all administrative HR duties such as certificates, regulatory documents, work permits, etc.
  • Updating and managing HR databases, including proficiency in Workday

Your qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resource capacity within a Swiss setting
  • Possession of a degree or certification in HR would be beneficial
  • Strong inclination and proficiency in administrative responsibilities
  • Attention to detail, autonomy, and emphasis on confidentiality
  • Excellent teamwork, coordination, and multitasking capabilities
  • Prioritization skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Workday
  • Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written)
  • Residency in Switzerland
