Banking Platform Intern - 50% - 1 year
Are you interested in diving into the world of banking platforms? Swissquote, the Swiss Leader in Online Banking, is offering an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as a Banking Platform Intern. This one-year position will allow you to work closely with the Banking Platform Support Team in migrating, implementing, and enhancing internal tools. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on experience, this could be the perfect role for you.

  • Develop Web Interfaces to interact with DB and APIs using technologies like Oracle SQL, Perl, Java, and Rest API,
  • Build and configure Docker images,
  • Integrate with Kubernetes environment,
  • Handle Releases and Production deployments,
  • Set up a test environment,
  • Produce detailed documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems (e.g. Bachelor/Master HES) with a strong interest in IT,
  • Proficiency in Python, especially in web-based applications (knowledge of Flask is a bonus),
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript and HTML5, additional experience with frameworks like React is advantageous,
  • Basic understanding of SQL (experience with Oracle SQL or other SQL platforms is beneficial),
  • Skills in Linux environment, scripting (Bash), Git, and Docker,
  • Knowledge of Perl is a plus,
  • Experience with REST API is beneficial,
  • Familiarity with Java is a bonus,
  • Strong grasp of development best practices,
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities,
  • Passion for continuous learning,
  • Proficient in both French and English, both written and verbal.
