Position Summary
As a

Consumer & Market Insights Intern, you will be supporting the Consumer and Market Insights Team in analyzing coffee trends on social media, sharing them internally at Nespresso HQ, as well as piloting new innovative consumer insights tools.

A Day in the Consumer & Market Insights Intern

  • Market insights:
  • Monitoring coffee companies' activities on social media and other sources (LinkedIn report, others)
  • Management of internal market trends newsletters (selection of articles, sharing via Nespresso Insights Platform)
  • Answering market trends question from Nespresso management and other departments
  • Interact with market insight managers to leverage local market insights via our knowledge management platform
  • Coffee trends:
  • Monitor coffee trends on social media and digital platforms
  • Monitor trending coffee content/habits/recipes via multiple sources (Tik Tok, Instagram, and other digital platforms)
  • Management of the Nespresso Insights Platform (Knowledge management):
  • Increasing markets and HQ adoption, creation of newsletters and consolidated reports (white papers)
  • Adding additional sources into the platform
  • New agile consumer insights tools
  • Assess new digital research platforms (AI powered) and pilot them as part of smallscale projects
  • Provide regular feedback to the Nespresso HQ CMI team and share learnings

What will make you successful

  • Student or recently graduated in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related degree
  • Ability to learn fast and courage to explore unknown areas
  • Very curious, interest in learning about trends (namely AI) and consumer habits
  • Interest in social media
  • Interest in Food & Beverages (being a home barista is a plus)
  • Analytical skills and ability to summarize
  • Fluent in English (Oral & Written), French or German is a plus
