Apply online at As a “Consumer and Market Insights Project Manager”, you will be responsible for developing and leveraging comprehensive consumer and market insights to drive innovation, shape brand strategy, and enhance communication and customer experience. Your expertise will play a crucial role in informing key business decisions and ensuring a competitive edge in the market.A Day in the Life of a Consumer and Market Insights Project ManagerDevelop and drive consumer, market, and brand understanding for assigned HQ business areas, bridging knowledge gaps and leading researchFoster consumer empathy across the business team to inform decision-making and inspire collaborationTranslate business questions into research plans and work with external agencies to execute projectsProvide objective, actionable findings from research results to guide decision-makingCommunicate results effectively to impact decisions at all levels, including leadershipManage global CMI monitoring tools, driving adoption, training, and improvementServe as a reference for the tool within the Nespresso global insight network and Nestle CMI communityWhat will make you successfulUniversity degree in Marketing or equivalent3-5 years of experience in Consumer and Market Insights (agency and/or client side)Strong communication analytical skills Experience in qualitative and quantitative research techniques for innovation, communication, and brandingAbility to design research plans and lead projects with budget, supplier, research and schedule managementCuriosity and experience uncovering consumer opportunities and trendsFluent in English At Nespresso, we’ve built a culture of care and inclusion, making sure everyone can be their bold selves, while growing with the company.
