Position Overview

Nestle Professional Zone Europe (NP-ZEUR) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of Nescafe Beverage Solutions Out of Home strategy across Europe. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering optimal brand experiences that delight consumers and solving foodservice operator dilemmas across target channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Orchestrate Brand Strategy
    • Define and execute the brand winning customer value proposition and consumer brand experience with the right portfolio of solutions, products, and services to win in target channels.
  • Build and Maintain I&R Pipeline
    • Create a strong pipeline of innovative and relevant solutions, products, and services that drive competitive advantage through enhanced equipment features, product performance, and value-added services.
  • Drive Integrated Communication
    • Develop and execute an integrated communication plan to drive awareness and acquisition towards target audiences.
  • Consumer Activation and Engagement
    • Develop channel-relevant consumer activation plans to delight consumers in-store and drive value for customers.
  • Marketing Materials and Sustainability
    • Manage the creation of central marketing materials in line with brand guidelines and sustainability plans.
  • Collaboration and Change Management
    • Work collaboratively with Zone teams, Markets, and NP SBU to drive change by being a strong data and insights-driven advocate of the ambition and strategy for Nescafe Beverage Solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills
    • At least 7 years of experience in OOH Coffee in Commercial and Marketing roles, including in-market experience.
    • Confirmed experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
    • Experience of all core Marketing competencies: brand planning, portfolio management, communications development.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with counterparts and convince others.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Fluent in English.
