Role Overview

As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales and business development activities, identifying new revenue streams, and ensuring effective delivery of rights to partners.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and implement sponsorship sales strategy;
  • Generate sales leads within relevant industries;
  • Create sales materials like presentations and flyers;
  • Prepare and conduct sales meetings;
  • Manage negotiation process and contract drafting;
  • Identify opportunities for additional sales and manage contract renewals;
  • Report on revenue and sales progress;
  • Explore new revenue streams based on market needs;
  • Prepare recommendations for operating models.

Digital Media Sales

  • Define and execute sales approach for digital media;
  • Develop sales strategy and collateral;
  • Create proposals for prospect clients;
  • Identify upselling opportunities for existing partners.

Partnership Management

  • Oversee day-to-day management with partners;
  • Ensure delivery of contractual rights;
  • Handle invoicing and account receivables;
  • Support bidding processes for FEI Events.

Merchandizing

  • Supervise the FEI Merchandizing program.

Administration

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Sports Management or Marketing;
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in sponsorship management/sales;
  • Understanding of sports sponsorship;
  • Familiarity with digital media activation;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Fluency in English, additional language is a plus.
