Nous recherchons activement un/une Onboarding Specialist pour construire avec nous le monde numérique du secteur de la coiffure et de la beauté à Neuchatel/Fribourg. Votre mission: Rendre heureux chaque nouveaux client Salonkee

Notre outil de gestion Salonkee est la solution numérique tout-en-un pour tous les salons de coiffure, de bien-être et de beauté. Grâce à Salonkee, nos utilisateurs gèrent leurs horaires, rendez-vous, clients, inventaire et comptabilité de façon facile et intuitive. En même temps, ils offrent à leurs clients de salon la possibilité de réserver facilement des rendez-vous de coiffure, de beauté et de bien-être en ligne. Salonkee a été lancé en 2017 au Luxembourg en tant que start-up, suivi de la Belgique en 2019, la Suisse en 2020, l'Allemagne en 2021 et les Pays-Bas en 2022.

**Tes tâches**
- Intégrer et former nos clients à l'utilisation de l'outil. Cela signifie des sessions de formation de 2 à 3 heures au salon/institut.
- Donner des conseils et utiliser ta connaissance approfondie du produit pour t'assurer qu'ils tirent le meilleur parti de leur abonnement
- Préparer les comptes pour les nouveaux clients Salonkee

Salonkee a été créé par une équipe de cinq entrepreneurs qui aiment simplifier la vie de leurs clients. Nous sommes à ce jour une équipe de 100 personnes qui partagent une joie du travail et des objectifs ambitieux.

La microgestion **n'est pas** à l'ordre du jour et nous recherchons des formateurs qui feront preuve d'auto-gestion.
