Events & Logistic Coordinator
For a permanent mission at 100%

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:

  • Workforce/staff logístical coordination for major international events ;
  • Strategically plan, manage and deliver logistics and related operations such as registration concept and management ;
  • Accommodation concept development and management ;
  • Delivery, stock and warehouse management including custom management ;
  • Lead, optimize and coordinate full event cycle ;
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers and partners ;
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and overall efficiency ;
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints in relation to logistics ;
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets ;
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement measures for improvement ;
  • Attend crossfunctional meetings to offer production leadership, expertise and innovative technical solutions and tools ;
  • Ensure health and safety working systems and be responsible for minimizing operational risks ;
  • Adhere to all company and departmental policies and ensure all services standards are compliant with company policies regarding security, confidentiality, sustainability and social responsibilityr

PROFIL ATTENDU:

  • A clear understanding of all logístical aspects of the event industry ;
  • At least 4 years of experience in events logistics ;
  • Ability to travel and stay onsite for several weeks ;
  • English and German are mandatory. Other languages are a plus.
