Der Spa mit den Bereichen Front Office, Shop, Spa Café, Pool, Fitness und Treatments stellt die hoch professionelle, vorausschauende und koordinierte Leistungserbringung am Gast in den Mittelpunkt aller Tätigkeiten.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Stellvertretende Aufgaben bei Abwesenheit Director of Spa
- Planung der Marketingaktivitäten mit internen und externen Partnern
- Unterstützung bei der Budgetierung Spa sowie bei Spa Revenue Projekte
- Steigerung der Dienstleistungsqualität und Gästezufriedenheit
- Umsetzung und Mitgestaltung des gesamten Dienstleistungs
- und Produkteangebotes
- Implementierung und Übernahme von Spa Projekten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Studium, sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Hotellerie
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Führungspositionen: Spa Management Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Offene und herzliche Gastgeberqualitäten sowie hohe Gäste - und Serviceorientierung
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Effizienz, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität sowie Eigeninitiative
- Projektmanagement Affinität
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse, TAC Spa Software von Vorteil
