Introducing FIVE Zurich, the latest project by FIVE, which recently opened its doors on June 30, 2022. This revamped lifestyle hotel and Swiss hotspot has been graced by celebrities like Rihanna, Freddy Mercury, Grace Jones, and Muhammad Ali. Located on Zurich's Uetliberg plateau, FIVE Zurich offers 87 contemporary suites and multiple award-winning dining concepts infused with FIVE's signature musical flair. The hotel blends Swiss hospitality with FIVE's distinctive touch, promising guests an extraordinary experience.

Join us as our Spa team completes the puzzle with their cultured yet trendy demeanor. We are seeking individuals who can anticipate and cater to colleagues' needs effortlessly, creating memorable experiences that leave a lasting impact.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering 'FIVE-star' guest experiences to a diverse international clientele.

If you have a proven track record in a dynamic setting and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, we want to hear from you. Collaborate with our management team to set and achieve service excellence benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform treatments ensuring guests' comfort
  • Adhere to appointment schedules and review each session thoroughly
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area
  • Follow prescribed Standards and Procedures
  • Report any equipment issues promptly
  • Manage treatment room supplies
  • Ensure spa suites are impeccably clean and maintained
  • Participate in daily line-ups and spa meetings
  • Assist in demonstrations and events as needed
  • Engage with guests courteously and answer queries
  • Deliver treatments at the highest standards
  • Support various spa areas like the relaxation zone and reception
  • Arrive 15 minutes early for shifts
  • Conduct duties professionally and efficiently
  • Keep professional licenses up to date
  • Complete assigned therapist tasks daily

  • Mathematical skills and spa operational knowledge
  • Graduate from an accredited school with relevant licenses
  • Proficiency in spa industry tools like spa soft (preferred)
  • Adherence to corporate policies and procedures
  • Strong technical and teamwork skills
  • Holder of Swiss work permit or EU ID/Passport
