**TÄTIGKEITSBESCHREIBUNG**:
- Ermittlung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten der OPS Landschaft
- Quantifizierung der Möglichkeiten und Priorisierung der Maßnahmen, die in Zusammenarbeit mit dem CODIR des Standorts und der Unternehmensunterstützung umgesetzt werden sollen
- Erstellung eines Transformationsplans unter Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse des Standorts
- Einbindung der Mitarbeiter des Standorts in den Transformationsprozess
- Sicherstellen, dass der Transformationsplan durch den Einsatz von OPS-Tools und -Standards umgesetzt wird, und Überwachung der Ergebnisse
- Verantwortlich für die Nachverfolgung von Aktionsplänen und die Leistungsberichterstattung sowie das Vorschlagen von Verbesserungsbereichen
- Schulung oder Organisation von Schulungen für die Umsetzung des Transformationsplans
- Operative Leitung von ein oder zwei Transformationsprojekten am Standort
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Diagnose und Umsetzung an anderen Standorten
- Definition der OPS-Standards der SEB-Gruppe
Als CODIR-Mitglied ist der Industrial Performance Manager des Standorts für die Förderung der industriellen Leistung und die Umsetzung der Konzernstandards im Einklang mit der Vision des Standorts und unter Berücksichtigung der Ziele anderer Bereiche (Sicherheit, Qualität, Lieferkette, Umwelt, Humanressourcen...) verantwortlich.
**PROFIL**:
- Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre in der Industrie und im Bereich der operativen Exzellenz (kontinuierliche Verbesserung, Lean, 6 Sigma, usw.).
- Erfahrung mit Methoden, die ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Produktions
- und Informationsflüsse voraussetzen.
- Lean-Kenntnisse in der Industrie
- Englisch (fließend)
- Veränderungsmanagement
- Starke Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifend und vertikal zu führen (Außendienst und Managementebene)
- Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen, zu führen, zu involvieren und durch Handeln und Coaching einzubinden
- Dynamik, Weitblick, Belastbarkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen
- Gute Kommunikations
