System Verification Manager

- Participate in product development and continuous improvement projects to enhance product performance and quality
- Collaborate with various product stakeholders to understand customer needs and design specifications, and convert these into detailed test specifications
- Develop test cases, including methodology, setups, materials, procedures, requirements, and acceptance criteria, ensuring compliance with product standards
- Develop or acquire the necessary test equipment to measure system performance accurately
- Oversee the commissioning and qualification of test equipment to ensure it meets all necessary standards and specifications
- Create, optimize, introduce, and validate new test methods to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare comprehensive testing documentation, including test procedures and detailed stepbystep protocols
- Independently perform and coordinate complex testing activities, support failure mode analysis, conduct root cause investigations, and scout for new verification tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from ETH, university, or FH in medical engineering, mechanics, microengineering, or mechatronics
- Proven experience in developing and validating test methods and equipment
- Possess a targetoriented mindset with a proactive, cando attitude
- Demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and information sharing
- Indepth knowledge of analyzing test results, including statistical evaluation
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is advantageous
- Experience with Matlab and CAD software (Siemens NX) is advantageous
- Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
