- Administration der QMS Application TrackWise Digital
- Ansprechpartner für interne Kunden- und Fachabteilungen sowie externe Consultants
- Koordination zwischen internen Fachabteilungen, IT und externen Dienstleistern
- Ermitteln von Verbesserungspotenzialen, Definition der Anforderungen und Priorisierung
- Evaluation, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Änderungen im System (z.B. Workflows, User Interface, Reporting)
- Leiten des Change Boards nach Bedarf
- Second Level Support, Anlaufstelle für Key User (intern) sowie Experten (extern)
- Aufbereiten von Schulungsmaterial, Durchführen von Schulungen verschiedener Anspruchsgruppen
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung der Anwendung in weiteren Anwendungsgebieten
- Abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- > 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitäts- oder Prozessmanagementbereich eines Medizintechnik-/ Pharmaunternehmens
- Verständnis und Affinität für IT Cloud Applications und deren Funktionalität
- Erfahrung mit TrackWise Digital (oder Salesforce) von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit validierungspflichtigen Computersystemen von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, selbständige und zuverlässe Arbeitsweise
