Requirements:

  • Maintain accurate financial records for both Swiss and International Societies such as Bookkeeping, budget update & projection, Preparing financial reports, etc.
  • Prepare yearend closing procedures and support the preparation of financial statements for audit work.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliation.
  • Issue client's invoices and follow payments.
  • Prepare online payments on the banking platform.
  • Manage travel expenses in different countries.

Experience:

  • 13 years of professional experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in financial software
  • Excellent English & French, both written & verbal
  • High level of Microsoft Office proficiency, emphasis on Excel
  • Communication and teamwork abilities
