As a Leader of Medical Education in EMEA you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.


Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Setting strategic direction for medical education programs for the 3M solutions for EMEA in alignment with business strategies. Expertise in understanding adult learning theory and principles and how to build effective, impactful medical education programs.
  • Expertise in understanding and navigating health care compliance guidelines throughout the lifecycle of medical education programs.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of preclinical, clinical, and economic data, techniques, and educational needs in Area as well as maintain current understanding of general trends in medicine and peertopeer education.
  • Leading, developing and coaching a team with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and consistency; determining team priorities, timelines and assignments to best support business needs. Ability to lead team successfully through change.
  • Continually identify opportunities to advance medical education process, training, and/or program formats and content to meet educational needs and provide "bestinclass" learning opportunities.
  • Establish and maintaining productive longterm relationships with internal partners and key opinion leaders/faculty with ability to influence and lead, building longterm relationships that can be leveraged to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Leveraging advanced problemsolving skills with ability to develop solutions for multifaceted, interrelated, and complicated problems requiring strong analytical skills and ability to assess core issue(s), analyze data and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Your Skills and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, science, or healthcare field
  • Experience in peertopeer medical education or significant inhouse (nonagency) experience
  • Experience in managing a team with demonstrated success
  • Strong understanding of HCC / HCP guidelines related to medical education
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills in English
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Advanced degree
  • Familiarity with wound care space
  • Project Management Certification
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse cultures and perspectives
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Location: Remote
  • Travel: May include up to 25% domestic travel
