**Automation Operations Supervisor (M/F)**

**Votre rôle**:
Au sein de l'unité OT de notre site de production de Corsier-sur-Vevey, vous êtes garant du bon déroulement de l'exploitation au quotidien et gérez l'ensemble des activités opérationnelles touchant aux systèmes automatisés du site:

- Gérer l'ensemble des aspects liés à l'exploitation, au dépannage et à la maintenance. Dans un milieu où la fiabilité et la disponibilité des installations sont primordiaux, faire en sorte que les systèmes soient opérationnels et la situation en permanence sous contrôle.
- Superviser une équipe de deux à trois collaborateurs, les coacher et les accompagner dans leur développement professionnel.
- Planifier et coordonner les activités de support, dépannage, maintenances préventives et correctives sur les systèmes automatisés.
- Gérer et coordonner les pannes critiques. Participer au support opérationnel, aux maintenances et au dépannage de ces systèmes.
- Analyser en détail les événements survenus, proposer des solutions d'amélioration, renforcer la fiabilité et les performances de nos systèmes par le biais de modifications techniques ou organisationnelles.
- Améliorer et digitaliser les processus de travail existants, renforcer nos bases de données techniques ainsi que nos inventaires.
- Collaborer activement avec les autres groupes de l'unité, actifs dans les domaines de l'automation industrielle et de l'infrastructure informatique

**Votre profil**:

- Technicien ES en systèmes industriels (spécialisation automation), CFC d'automaticien avec maturité professionnelle technique, ou équivalent.
- Leadership et compétences de gestion avérées. Une expérience dans la conduite de personnel et au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le dépannage et la maintenance sont des qualités essentielles pour ce poste.
- Capacité à s'imposer, volonté de déléguer, résistance au stress, esprit d'analyse, sens aigu de la communication, sens de l'organisation et aptitude à gérer les conflits.
- Flexibilité et volonté d'acquérir de nouvelles connaissances et de se familiariser avec les spécificités de notre site de production biopharmaceutique.
- Connaissances des systèmes d'automation Siemens SIMATIC et SCADA Aveva System Platform
- Connaissances de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Prêt(e) à assurer un service de piquet en-dehors des heures de bureau à raison d'une semaine sur six en moyenne (nuit et weekend compris)

**Souhaité**:

- Expérience professionnelle sur un site de production chimique ou pharmaceutique
- A l'aise avec les architectures complexes et les systèmes interconnectés
- Connaissances DCS (Emerson DeltaV et/ou Yokogawa Centum)
- Article OIBT 13/15
- Connaissances des GAMP
- Diplôme d'ingénieur HES ou EPF, Bachelor ou Master, dans le domaine de l'industrie (orientation génie électrique, systèmes industriels, ou similaire).
