Description

:

This opportunity entails managing complex cases in an end-to-end process for one or more Investment product lines. Responsibilities include executing trade corrections, investigating and closing escalated cases, and monitoring day-to-day transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Processing:

  • Accurately handle moderate to complex cases and trade adjustments using various administrative systems within specified service standards such as New Business and Inforce processing.
  • Identify exceptions and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of Investment policies, procedures, and provide team support.

Escalation Management:

  • Manage escalated cases effectively and collaborate with partners to resolve issues.

Project Management:

  • Identify and correct errors in knowledge databases.

Production Management Support:

  • Assist in prioritizing work queues and workload management.

Risk Management:

  • Support process audits and Risk & Control Self-Assessment.
  • Assist in resolving audit findings and Corrective Action Plans.

Training:

  • Provide process clarification and support to associates.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and recommend operational process enhancements.
  • Assist in process review and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Investment/Wealth or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Core competencies include communication skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and knowledge of Investment Products.
