Senior Sustainability Reporting Specialist (m/w/d) 50%, ausbaufähig

Du erstellst Nachhaltigkeitsberichte nach den neusten regulatorischen Anforderungen (OR/CSRD) und internationalen Standards (GRI/ESRS/SASB). Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der ESG-Datenerhebung, Informationssammlung und Analyse
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Nachhaltigkeitsberichten nach internationalen Berichterstattungsstandards
  • Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Konformität (CH/EU-Vorschriften)
  • Durchführung von doppelten Wesentlichkeitsanalysen nach ESRS inkl. Stakeholdereinbindung und Aufbau von Programmen zur regelmässigen Einbindung von Stakeholdern
  • Etablierung von Best Practice Berichterstattungs- und Datenerhebungs-Prozessen bei unseren Kunden
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Nachhaltigkeitsreporting
  • Bachelor oder Master-Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen,
    Umweltwissenschaften oder eines thematisch verwandten Studiengangs
  • Fundiertes Wissen über die neusten regulatorischen Anforderungen (OR, CSRD, EU-Taxonomie) und über internationale Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattungs-Standards (GRI, ESRS, SASB, etc.)
  • Begeisterung für die nachhaltige Entwicklung und Motivation, diese bei unseren Kunden langfristig zu stärken
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Implementierung von Prozessen zur Berichterstattung und Datenerhebung
  • Eine strukturierte, gewissenhafte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie gutes Organisationsgeschick
  • Wissbegierigkeit, um aktuellen und aufkommenden Trends und Themen, Vorschriften, Markpraktiken und Standards voraus zu sein
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (jede weitere Landessprache ist von Vorteil)
  • Überzeugter Teamplayer und Kommunikator auf allen Ebenen einer Organisation
  • Bereitschaft zur (inter-) nationalen Reisetätigkeit in Abhängigkeit der Kundenprojektsituation
