Senior Specialist - Facility Management

At On, the most exciting and fastest growing global sports brand, we are looking for a Sr. Specialist in Facility Management to shape the future of On's global physical infrastructure projects, ranging from innovative headquarter offices, showrooms and retail stores. You will play a critical role in providing facility management services for our global Headquarter in Zurich. You will integrate your expertise in facility management with project management skills and a strong solution-oriented approach. Your ability to combine building maintenance knowledge, coordinate resources, employ creative thinking, and leverage technical understanding of real estate will play a pivotal role in propelling On's infrastructure development during its global expansion. Together we shape the environments, behaviors and culture of the On community.

Your Mission
  • Pioneer an innovative approach to facility management that not only optimizes operational efficiency but also champions sustainability and community engagement
  • Collaborate seamlessly with key stakeholders to have a holistic approach to all physical spaces at On
  • Manage and control maintenance budgets for repairs, enhancements, and sustainability initiatives
  • Oversee all facility-related documentation, ensuring compliance with financial, health, safety, and environmental regulations, while spearheading facility management best practices
  • Develop and implement facility processes and guidelines
  • Support the Infrastructure Team with environmental, health and safety quality standards on construction projects
Your story
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Facility Management including solid experience in managing projects
  • Educational background in Facility Management or a related field
  • Strong can-do attitude combined with a hands-on mentality and flexibility
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly motivated, capable of working in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment both within a team and individually
  • Excellent problem solver, enjoying coming up with creative solutions in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
