**Ihre Aufgaben**

Als Head Pricing übernehmen Sie die Führung des Pricing Teams und spielen eine massgebliche Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Preisstrategie des Unternehmens. Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Teams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Preise wettbewerbsfähig, profitabel und kundenorientiert sind. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

- Personelle und fachliche Führung des Pricing Teams
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Preisstrategie des Unternehmens in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams
- Entwicklung von Tarifen und fortschrittlichen technischen Modellen für KMUs sowie Sicherstellung von Tarifen, die den Unternehmenszielen entsprechen
- Entwicklung von Pricing Tools für das Underwriting des Grosskundengeschäfts
- Überwachen von Schaden
- und Preistrends im Markt zur Verbesserung der Preiseffektivität
- Überwachung des Portfolios sowie der Resultate der Preisstrategie und -modelle
- Unterstützung beim Finanzplanungsprozess sowie in diversen strategischen Projekten

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Mathematik, Statistik, Physik oder einem verwandten Bereich; abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Aktuar SAV (oder gleichwertig) von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Pricing in der Versicherungsbranche, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in der Personenversicherung (Krankentaggeld
- und Unfallsversicherung)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse und Modellierung, insbesondere von GLMs und Machine Learning
- Erste Führungserfahrung auf Team
- oder Projektebene von Vorteil
- Leidenschaft für Coaching und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Flexibilität und pragmatischer Arbeitsweise
- Stilsicherer und gepflegter schriftlicher und sprachlicher Ausdruck in Deutsch und Englisch
