Ta mission
Toi, Sales Manager, tu as pour mission de diriger et coordonner les activités de vente afin d'atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et de croissance fixés par l'entreprise. Tu joues un rôle clé dans le développement de stratégies de vente efficaces et dans la gestion des relations clients pour assurer la satisfaction, le développement et la fidélisation du portefeuille de clients.
Ta contribution
Tu supervises et accompagnes les contacts commerciaux pour maximiser les performances individuelles et collectives
Tu élabores des plans stratégiques de vente en collaboration avec la direction
Tu définis des objectifs de vente, suis les indicateurs de performance et ajustes les stratégies en fonction des résultats
Tu gères les relations clients en t'assurant de la satisfaction client et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de vente
Tu génères et conclus de nouvelles opportunités de vente pour amener une contribution personnelle directe à l'effort de vente de l'entreprise
Tu collabores avec d'autres départements pour assurer une coordination efficace des activités
Tu analyses les données de vente et produis des rapports réguliers pour la direction
Tu assures une veille concurrentielle pour rester informé des évolutions du marché
Tu élabores un packaging et un pricing d'offres en combinant des solutions et services du catalogue de l'entreprise
Tu contribues à l'élaboration d'un positionnement de marque sur les marchés cibles identifiés dans la stratégie de l'entreprise
Ton expérience
Diplôme universitaire en commerce, marketing ou domaine connexe
5 ans d'expérience significative dans la gestion des ventes de services IT
Maîtrise des techniques de vente, des stratégies marketing et des outils informatiques liés à la gestion commerciale
Capacité à travailler sous pression et à prendre des décisions stratégiques
Compétences avancées en leadership, en communication et en résolution de problèmes
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et analytiques
Connaissance de l'allemand, un plus
