- Sie kümmern sich um die Betreuung und Akquisition von Kunden, insbesondere von Leuchtenherstellern und deren Einflussnehmern
- Sie entwickeln und betreuen **langfristig** die Vertriebsregion Westschweiz
- Sie interagieren mit Kunden auf allen Ebenen, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und passende Lösungen anzubieten
- Sie führen Markt-, Produkt
- und Kundenanalysen durch, um den Markt aktiv zu bearbeiten
- Sie unterstützen und setzen Marketingmassnahmen um, um den Markenwert zu steigern und die Marktdurchdringung zu erhöhen

**Ihr Profil**
- Sie verfügen über eine technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder in ähnlichen Fachgebieten, Licht-Branchenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sie weisen eine fundierte und erfolgreiche Vertriebserfahrung im B2B-Bereich vor
- Sie besitzen eine Passion für den Umgang mit Menschen sowie für innovative Produkte
- Sie punkten mit Verhandlungsgeschick und kommunizieren in Französisch und Deutsch
- Sie haben ein selbstbewusstes und überzeugendes Auftreten, arbeiten eigenständig strukturiert und denken unternehmerisch
