Are you a committed and service-oriented individual who can deal with various stakeholders, is persistent and flexible and can handle challenges while remaining agile? Are you ready to support our Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) and be part of an international, dynamic environment? Then we are looking for YOU
WHAT YOU DO
- You actively support the CBDO in his daily business
- You manage tasks and projects, keep an overview of deadlines and running projects of CBDO and track execution
- You prepare presentations and executive summaries for Group Strategic Committee meetings including content, review, creative visualisation; you assist with planning, proofreading and consolidation of board reports
- You plan internal and external workshops, events and meetings including preparation and followup
- You manage specific projects such as events, market evaluations, surveys, trainings
- You ensure the department coordination for team members, team events, trainings, HR admin
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher commercial education. Further trainings in Business Administration would be an advantage
- At least 4 years of experience as executive assistant or project coordinator. Project Management experience would be a plus
- Good IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint, Sales Tools).
- Excellent command of English. Fluency in German would be a strong plus
- Proactive, openminded and independent personality with strong team spirit
- Commitment and service orientation as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
