**Ihr zukünftiges Tätigkeitsfeld**
**Die Aufgaben beinhalten folgende spannenden Tätigkeiten**:

- In dieser sehr umfassenden und anspruchsvollen Aufgabe sind Sie für den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Business Applications verantwortlich, wobei der nächste grosse Schritt, die Migration von AX auf D365 schon sehr bald ansteht.
- Sie führen das Compentence Center in Bezug auf Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der Business Applicationen, der Umsystemen und der Schnittstellen sowie Stakeholder-, Lieferanten
- und Riskmanagement.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business beraten Sie diese bezüglich aktuellem und zukünftigen Business Application Einsatz, um eine möglichst optimale Abbildung der Geschäftsprozesse und Betrieb zu erreichen.
- Neben Ihrem internen Team von 3-4 Personen steuern Sie die Dynamic Implementationspartner wie auch die anderen Service-Provider in Bezug auf die Leistungserbringung, kontinuierliche Verbesserung sowie Leistungsqualitätsmanagement.

**Um in dieser Aufgabe erfolgreich zu sein, erfüllen Sie nachweisbar folgende Vorgaben**:

- Neben einem Informatik-Studium und/oder Wirtschaftsinformatik können Sie auf mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem international agierenden, industriell geprägten Konzernumfeld zurückgreifen mit verschiedensten Business Entities und Anspruchsgruppen.
- Sie haben mehrjährige technische, funktionale und Führungserfahrung im Betreiben von Business Application Landschaften mit MS Dynamics als Kernapplikation mit entsprechenden Umsystemen und Schnittstellen.
- Sie besitzen ausgewiesene Projektleitungserfahrung in anspruchsvollen Migrationen, Roll-Outs und Transitionen (AX - D365) etc.
- Sie haben langjährige Erfahrung im Umgang und der Zusammenarbeit von Service Providern.
- Neben den sehr guten MS Dynamics-Kenntnissen interessiert Sie auch die Non-Dynamics-Welt da weitere Business relevante / kritische Anwendungen zu der von Ihnen verantworteten IT-Anwendungslandschaft gehört, was entsprechendes Wissen rund um Enterprise
- und Domain-Architektur von Ihnen verlangt.
- Sie führen Ihr Team ganzheitlich mit dem Ziel, dies zu befähigen und zu fördern.
- Sie agieren teamorientiert, durchsetzungsstark, kundenorientiert und kommunizieren Level gerecht.
- Diese Aufgabe bedingt sehr hohe Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft und -willen sowie die Gabe, an verschiedensten Themen und Projekten parallel zu arbeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Landessprachen sind ein Plus.
