Im holokratisch organisierten Sourcing, Recruiting und Talents (SRT) haben wir letztes Jahr rund 5'900 Mitarbeitende für die SBB rekrutiert. Wir im Kreis IT fokussieren uns auf die Zielgruppe Informatik und versorgen unsere digitale Zone mit passenden Talenten. Diese Position kann auch im Jobsharing ausgeübt werden. So bilden Sie mit einer anderen Person ein eingespieltes Team und erledigen die Aufgaben gemeinsam.
Sie sind flexibel und nutzen die Möglichkeit von "Work Smart", um von Zuhause oder unterwegs zu arbeiten.
- Das können Sie bewegen.
- Ihre Hauptaufgabe ist die Durchführung von Research-Aufträgen für unsere schwierig zu besetzenden Stellen in der Berufsgruppe IT.
- Dazu suchen Sie auf unterschiedlichen Plattformen nach passenden Profilen, kontaktieren die betreffenden Personen und führen erste Gespräche.
- Ebenso pflegen Sie einen regelmässigen Austausch mit unseren Führungskräften, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen, und binden diese - wo sinnvoll - in den Akquise-Prozess mit ein.
- Gemeinsam mit den anderen Active Soucern und dem Fachlead entwickeln Sie den Active Sourcing-Service weiter.
- Das bringen Sie mit.
- Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung helfen Ihnen dabei, Research-Projekte effizient und erfolgreich umzusetzen.
- Sie haben bereits in einer ähnlichen Rolle gearbeitet, zum Beispiel als Research Analyst oder Projektleiter:in bei einem Personaldienstleister oder als Recruiter:in inhouse.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse der Zielgruppe IT, insbesondere zur Organisationsstruktur moderner IT-Abteilungen und aktuellen Rollenbildern.
- Dank Ihrer Erfahrung mit den gängigen Sourcing-Tools und -Methoden (insb. LinkedIn Recruiter) werden Sie sich in unserer System-Welt bestens zurechtfinden
- Sie sprechen und schreiben sehr gut Deutsch, jede weitere Landessprache ist von Vorteil.
