Logistics Team Manager at Climeworks
- Lead and develop the logistics team in shipping and warehousing
- Define supply chain for international project locations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and management
- Manage and optimize SCM processes
- Implement IT tools and external interfaces
- Establish standards for warehousing and logistics
- Ensure compliance across the supply chain
- Provide governance and process improvement
Requirements:
- Certified Supply Chain Professional or equivalent
- 10+ years experience in logistics and team leadership
- Experience in international logistics and SAP SCM
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally
