We are excited to offer this opportunity to a seasoned product owner with exceptional talent for driving cross-functional system innovations, bringing new initiatives to life, and leading end-to-end project implementations. You will thrive in an environment where ideas become reality quickly, taking responsibility for owning, maintaining, and enhancing our vendor collaboration platform, Infor Nexus, to ensure superior operational performance throughout On's procure-to-pay process. With your proven track record in technology and supply chain management, you will drive major transformation projects that present great opportunities for further growth in your position.

Your mission

– Take ownership of our vendor collaboration tool, Infor Nexus, ensuring the platform runs reliably and efficiently.

– Enhance critical functionalities and related processes within and beyond the scope of the supply chain by identifying and prioritizing requirements from various business streams.

– Assure interfaces between Infor Nexus and On's broader system landscape are robust and dependable.

– Analyze complex problems and manage their resolution within the On team as well as with external consultants.

– Develop a transformation roadmap and coordinate cycles of major system implementations, including conceptual solution design, development, testing, rollout, and stabilization.

– Manage a diverse group of stakeholders and collaborate with team members from Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Technology, and external partners.

Your story

– Degree or deep knowledge in Supply Chain, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

– At least 5 years of working experience, ideally managing or having implemented Infor Nexus, or having engaged as a product owner for similar vendor collaboration platforms.

– Strong technical knowledge of IT systems as well as proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Deep understanding of stakeholder management and comfort guiding a diverse project team of experts from various departments.

– Exceptional project management skills, including connected thinking, structured planning, and concise communication on business and technical levels.

– Ability to work independently and take initiative, empowering you to perform at your best.

– Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and react in an energetic and dynamic environment.

We are focused, data-driven, and action-oriented. We build and follow processes, but we also continuously challenge the status quo and industry standards. We work closely with various teams such as Finance, Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Technology to support On's growth journey while continuously ensuring operational excellence.
